Open Mic Acoustic Community Talent Show the last Sunday of each month at Collette’s Crepes in North Bend from 4PM-6PM.This starts August 31, 2008 and continues as long as its fun and people show up! Musicians, Poets, Storytellers and appreciative listeners are invited. There will be a jam session at the end for interested musicians.Each set limited to 10 minutes, will go around twice per person if time allows. Singer-songwriter CD Our Spirits Are Rising is finished! It will be heading out for final mastering and duplication. It should be available by the end of Novemeber 2008

Relief Right Now Mindfulness based Stress Relief class will start again Saturday September 27th and run for four Saturdays from 2PM-4PM at Bay Area Hospital.

Music Fundamentals for Instinctual Musicians Tuesday September 2nd, 9th, and 16th.from 6:30- to 8:00PM.This class will give some basics of music theory for people who play music by ear and want to know more. Self Help techniques for relieving neck, shoulder, arm and hand tension.This class shares tips on body alignment,stretching, toning, self massage and more to help relieve and prevent upper body tension and problems.
